Our focus is on commercial grade apartment properties of 40 units or greater in major metropolitan areas. We work with owner's of both public and private sector properties to create value based on proactive management and the implementation of strategies to enhance financial and operational efficiencies.
Our mission is to become a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust by accumulating Class A multifamily property in desirable areas, and establishing a reputation as a trusted fiduciary of investment capital.
